Dear Patients and friends,

We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. As your dental health care team, we would like to thank you for staying with us during these challenging times in health care. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our
commitment to your safety.

Our office is now open and we are available to see you to meet your dental care needs.

Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your visit to our office. Our infection control process was developed so that when you receive care, it’s both safe and comfortable. We want to inform you of
the procedures we are implementing in our practice to keep patients and our team safe.

Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow the activities of these agencies
so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued. We do this to make sure that our infection control procedures are current and adhere to each agencies’ recommendations.

You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We made these changes to help protect our patients and staff:

  • Our office will be in contact with you before your appointment to ask some screening questions. You’ll be asked these same questions again when you are in the office.
  • All visitors are required to wear a mask or mouth covering when in our office and all staff will be wearing a mask as well to prevent risk of transmission.
  • Your temperature will be taken with a touch-less thermometer prior to your appointment.
  • We have hand sanitizer available in the waiting area for you to use.
  • Patients will be asked to rinse with a mild hydrogen peroxide solution before beginning treatment.
  • We are taking extra steps to keep you safe in our office with additional cleaning and recommend that you practice social distancing in our waiting area.
  • We ask that you wait in your vehicle until your scheduled appointment time in order to limit the number of patients in the waiting area.
  • To ensure the safety and health of our patients and staff, we are asking that only the patient requiring treatment enter our facility for their scheduled appointment. Exceptions are made for young minors and patients who require a support individual or translator.
  • If you have experienced fever, respiratory symptoms, and/or chills, we ask that you stay home and reschedule your appointment.

We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we are taking to keep you, and all patients safe in our practice. To make an appointment, please call our office at 651-423-3993.

Thank you for staying with us during these difficult times. We will work to ensure that we fulfill your dental needs in the safest way possible. We look forwarding seeing our patients and friends again.

Sincerely,

Rosemount Family Dentistry
